Any White, Yellow or Blue graded driver who wins two (or more) points scoring races in a meeting, will be promoted one grade.
The upgrading will become effective immediately the meeting ends, and will thus come into force the next time the driver races.
The upgrading will remain effective until the next Grade Changes come into effect, at which point the Grade Changes will take precedence.
