World Rankings October 2026

These World Rankings are based on scores from the 2026 World, European, British, National, English and Scottish Championships and 2026 Irish Open; scores from the 2026 UK Speedweekend, Charlene Kingston Memorial and untitled World Ranking event at Mildenhall in August, and the 2025 ORCi Championship and UK Superbowl; from the standings in 2026 Track Championships at Aldershot, Bristol, Buxton, Cowdenbeath, Crimond, Grimley, Hednesford, King’s Lynn, Knockhill, Mildenhall, Northampton, Skegness, St Day, Taunton and Yarmouth. For Track Championships, points are awarded 20 down to 1 for the top 20 at each circuit, dependent upon the number of meetings raced, and these are as taken from standings at 20 September 2026. Late Season scores result from Track Championship standings in the period 21 August 2026 to 20 September 2026.
There are four methods of attaining World Ranking points.
A. Attendance and performance at Championship events (World, British, European, National, English, Scottish and Irish Open).
B. Attendance and performance at designated World Ranking events.
C. Track Championship standings, to reward all drivers in the top 20 at each mainland venue, adjusted accordingly for number of meetings per venue.
D. Late season Track Championship standings, adjusted accordingly for the number of meetings per venue.
Notes (notwithstanding a review of the grid formation process)
1. The top 24 English and Scottish drivers in the Saloon Stock Car World Rankings up to and including 20 August 2027 will be automatically seeded on to the World Championship grid at Skegness in 2027.
2. Overseas drivers (typically from Northern Ireland and Holland) will be seeded on to the World Championship grid on rows 4, 7, 10 and 16.
