Stop The Abuse

The SSCA has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of intimidation, threatening behaviour, harassment or verbal abuse directed towards Staff, Officials, Volunteers or any person carrying out their duties at an event.
Every Official is entitled to carry out their role in a safe environment without fear of abuse, confrontation or intimidation.
Disagreements with decisions must be dealt with through the appropriate channels and in a respectful manner.
Aggressive behaviour, abusive language, personal insults, threatening conduct, or attempts to intimidate Officials either at the venue, by phone, through social media, or via private messages will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any individual found to have engaged in such behaviour should expect the matter to be referred directly to the SSCA Disciplinary Panel, where a significant suspension from racing will imposed.
Respect for Officials is fundamental to the safe and fair running of our sport, and everyone competing at an event is expected to uphold these standards at all times.
