British motorsport legends John Surtees and Martin Brundle, current Formula One ace Adrian Sutil, Le Mans Champions Tom Kristensen and Allan McNish, BTCC Champion Andrew Jordan and cars representing the best of motorsport will be in the spotlight when Autosport International launches the 2014 season next January! Europe’s biggest motorsport show will host an unmatched combination of cars, stars and action at Birmingham’s NEC.

Attended by almost 80,000 people in 2013, the 9-12 January event will signal the start of 50th anniversary celebrations of John Surtees’ 1964 Formula One World Championship with Ferrari. The only man to win world titles on both two and four wheels, Surtees will share stories from his life in motorsport, accompanied by a collection of his famous race cars and bikes.
The voice of Formula One with Sky Sports, ex-F1 racer and Le Mans winner Martin Brundle will join Surtees, Kristensen, McNish and Jordan at the show, dissecting the 2013 season and looking ahead to 2014’s technical overhaul. Sahara Force India Formula One team pilot Adrian Sutil will make his first visit to the event on Sunday 12 January, with more announcements to be made.
Led by the title-winning Red Bull Racing, cars from teams in the 2013 FIA Formula One World Championship will be on display, while the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship, rallying and historic motorsport will also be showcased.
The 5,000 seat Live Action Arena returns, featuring the iconic, title-winning Lotus 79 and Lotus 49B, while a host of interactive elements include the Caterham Driving Experience and arrive-and-drive karting sessions.
Under the same roof, the Performance Car Show in association with Autocar and PistonHeads.com will host an exciting collection of supercars and high-performance favourites.

Tickets are now on sale for the public show, which is held at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, on 9-12 January 2014. Adult tickets cost £31, with children’s tickets priced at £20 (children under five years of age go free). Group tickets are also available. Paddock passes are available from £41, with VIP tickets £110.
Paddock passes include general admission plus: access to Driver Signing Area where visitors can get autographs of famous drivers and motor racing celebrities, access to the backstage Paddock Area and a paddock guide.
VIP tickets include: exclusive access to the VIP enclosure at the very top of the Live Action Arena grandstand, complete with complimentary champagne and canapés, a dedicated Club Lounge where VIP Club ticket holders can chill out, complimentary parking at the NEC, complimentary cloak room, access to Driver Signing Area, fast-track entry to the Live Action Arena and access to the backstage Paddock Area, plus a paddock guide, show guide and goodie bag.
